河南省人民医院门诊心血管病患者中西药临床联合用药分析

Analysis of Clinical Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in Cardiovascular Patients in Outpatients of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital

目的对门诊心血管疾病患者中西药联合使用进行合理性用药分析。方法选取河南省人民医院2020年6月至2021年6月门诊心血管疾病患者的处方与用药记录,利用互联网文献、数据和药品说明书对用药情况进行分析、归纳、总结。结果在心血管疾病治疗中,中西药联合用药占门诊该类疾病治疗患者的50.57%,其中60岁及以上患者88970人次,占患者总数的69.52%;在药物品种的应用上,60岁及以上人群联合用药人次占比较大(37.92%)。门诊心血管患者使用心血管类中成药占75.16%。结论中西药联合用药在门诊心血管患者中十分普遍,合理联用可以起到协同作用,不合理联用可能影响疗效,甚至产生不良反应,处方前置审核可以有效减少不合理用药,减少药源性疾病的发生。

Objective To analyze the rational use of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in outpatient cardiovascular patients.Methods The prescriptions and medication records of cardiovascular disease patients in the outpatient department of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and the medication situation was analyzed,summarized,and summarized using internet literature,data,and drug instructions.Results In the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine accounted for 50.57%of outpatient patients treated for this type of disease,including 88969 patients aged≥60 years old,accounting for 69.52%of the total number of patients.In terms of the application of drug varieties,the proportion of people aged≥60 years old who use combination medication is relatively large(37.92%).In outpatient cardiovascular patients,the use of proprietary Chinese medicine for cardiovascular diseases accounted for 75.16%.Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is very common in outpatient cardiovascular patients,and reasonable combination can have a synergistic effect.Unreasonable combination may effect efficacy and even produce adverse reactions.Prescription pre review can effectively reduce unreasonable medication and reduce the occurrence of drug-induced diseases.
