温经通络运瘀方治疗老年慢性心力衰竭伴衰弱患者的效果

Effect of Wenjing Tongluo Yunyu Prescription in Senile Patients with Chronic Heart Failure and Frailty

目的探讨温经通络运瘀方治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)伴衰弱患者的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月医院诊治的120例老年CHF伴衰弱患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(在常规西药治疗的基础上接受温经通络运瘀方)与对照组(接受常规西药治疗),各60例。对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分、Tiburg衰弱评分、6 min步行距离、运动峰耗氧量(PVO_(2))、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESD)、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评分。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、Tiburg衰弱评分、LVEDD、LVESD、MLHFQ评分(身体领域、情绪领域、其他及总分)均低于对照组,6 min步行距离、PVO_(2)、LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温经通络运瘀方有利于改善老年CHF伴衰弱患者的心功能,减轻衰弱程度,并提高运动耐量及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wenjing Tongluo Yunyu prescription on senile patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and frailty.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with CHF and frailty diagnosed and treated in hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(accepted Wenjing Tongluo Yunyu prescription on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment)and control group(accepted conventional western medicine treatment)according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Tiburg fthenia score,6 minutes walking distance,peak exercise oxygen consumption(PVO_(2)),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Tiburg fthenia score,LVEDD,LVESD,MLHFQ scores(physical field,emotional field,other and total score)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the 6 minutes walking distance,PVO_(2) and LVEF were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing Tongluo Yunyu formula can improve heart function of senile CHF with frailty,reduce the degree of weakness,and improve exercise tolerance and quality of life.
