滋肺运脾方对肺脾气虚型支气管哮喘缓解期患者的作用效果

Effect of Zifei Yunpi Formula in Patients with Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency Type Bronchial Asthma in Remission Stage

目的探讨滋肺运脾方对肺脾气虚型支气管哮喘(BA)缓解期患者的作用效果。方法选择医院2021年1月至2022年9月收治的76例肺脾气虚型BA缓解期患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组接受孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组接受滋肺运脾方治疗,均持续治疗1个月。比较两组中医证候评分、免疫功能(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及炎症因子水平[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)],统计两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月时,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月时,观察组血清hs-CRP、IL-12、IL-17水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋肺运脾方治疗可改善肺脾气虚型BA缓解期患者临床症状,提高细胞免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of Zifei Yunpi formula in patients with lung and spleen Qi deficiency type bronchial asthma(BA)in remission stage.Methods A total of 76 patients with lung and spleen Qi deficiency type BA in remission stage admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,while the observation group was treated with Zifei Yunpi formula,both of which continued for one month.The traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores,immune function(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and inflammation levels[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-12(IL-12),interleukin-17(IL-17)]were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was counted.Results At one month of treatment,the traditional Chinese medical syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At one month of treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-12,and IL-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Zifei Yunpi formula can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lung and spleen Qi deficiency type BA in the remission stage,improve cellular immune function,reduce inflammation levels,and have high safety.
