社区养老护理干预对老年慢性病患者的作用效果

Effects of Community Nursing Intervention for the Elderly with Chronic Diseases

目的分析社区养老护理干预对老年慢性病患者的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月收治的的100例老年慢性病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(50例)接受常规社区护理干预,观察组(50例)接受社区养老护理干预,比较两组患者的生活态度、生活质量、健康生活方式等情况。结果干预后,观察组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中文版健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区养老护理干预可有效改善老年慢性病患者对生活的态度,提高生活质量,促进患者养成健康生活方式,具有重要的研究价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(50 cases)received routine community nursing intervention and the observation group(50 cases)received community nursing intervention.The life attitude,quality of life and healthy life style of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the score of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the score of health-promoting lifestyle profile(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention for the aged can effectively improve the attitude to life of the elderly patients with chronic diseases,improve the quality of life,and promote the development of a healthy lifestyle,which has important research value.
