摘要
足细胞病变是多种常见的慢性肾小球疾病的重要病理特征,其临床治疗难度大,常用治疗方案疗效欠理想。全国名老中医药专家曹式丽教授在长期的慢性肾脏病中医药临床实践中形成了特色学术观点与临证经验,采用中医药方法治疗足细胞病变参与的慢性肾脏病颇有成效。在临床诊疗过程中逐步形成的中医药防治足细胞病变特色经验是曹式丽中医肾病学术体系的重要组成部分,但该特色学术经验的理论阐释尚待完善。文章抛砖引玉,从伏邪理论初探曹式丽教授足细胞病变中医药防治理论形成的思维过程,希冀相关梳理分析结果不仅有助于完善曹式丽慢性肾脏病中医药防治体系的理论尝试,而且对如何揣摩、汲取乃至内化中医名家认识疾病、学用中医宝贵思路进行有益探索。故文章拟从伏邪角度,初步分析曹式丽教授足细胞病变防治经验,为临床上进一步从伏邪论治足细胞病变提供理论依据。
Podocytopathy is an important pathological feature of various common chronic glomerular diseases,and its clinical treatment is difficult.Professor CAO Shili has formed characteristic academic views and clinical experience in the long-term practice of TCM medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Professor CAO Shili has achieved great success in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with podocytopathy in TCM medicine,and has gradually formed a characteristic experience in the prevention and treatment of podocytopathy with TCM medicine,which is an important part of CAO Shili’s academic system of TCM medicine nephropathy.In the process of early academic reorganization,the theoretical explanation of this characteristic academic experience is still insufficient.In this paper,we explore the thinking process of Professor CAO Shili’s theory of prevention and treatment of podocytosis from the latent evil theory,hoping that the relevant analysis results will help to improve the theoretical system of CAO Shili’s traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease.What’s more,it explores the ideas of famous TCM experts in the treatment of related diseases.This article intends to make a preliminary analysis of Professor CAO Shili’s experience in the prevention and treatment of podocytopathy from the latent evil theory,so as to provide theoretical basis for further clinical treatment of podocytopathy from pathogenic factors.
