基于数据挖掘的治疗更年期潮热、围绝经期潮热中药用药规律分析

An analysis of the medication rule of treating climacteric hot flashes and perimenopausal hot flashes in TCM based on data mining

目的:基于数据挖掘分析治疗更年期潮热、围绝经期潮热的中药用药规律,为临床防治更年期潮热、围绝经期潮热的用药提供参考。方法:分别以“更年期潮热”“围绝经期潮热”为主题,检索中国知网数据库、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊数据库中建库至2022年6月30日防治更年期潮热、围绝经期潮热的相关文献,归纳单味中药应用情况、高频中药的性味、归经和药效分类,按照统一标准录入Excel,创建数据库,并运用IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对频数≥15的中药进行关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:总共得到符合纳入标准的方剂75首,包含中药159味,累计出现频次为935次,频数≥15的中药共有19味,频率最高的5味中药为山茱萸、地黄、茯苓、熟地黄和当归,药性以寒性为主,药味以甘味为主,归经以归肾经、肝经为主,功效以补虚药为最多。关联强度最高的中药药对组合有4对,聚类分析将中药分为4大类。结论:从中医药角度治疗更年期潮热、围绝经期潮热,应重视山茱萸、地黄等中药及龙骨-牡蛎等核心药对的应用,注重补虚清热。

Objective:To analyze the regularity of treating climacteric hot flashes and perimenopausal hot flashes in TCM based on data mining,so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of climacteric hot flashes and perimenopausal hot flashes.Methods:With climacteric hot flashes and perimenopausal hot flashes as the theme,the related literature on the prevention and treatment of climacteric hot flashes and perimenopausal hot flashes in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP was searched.The search date was from the establishment of the database to June 30,2022.The application of single TCM medicine,and property,flavor,meridian tropism and efficacy of high-frequency TCM medicines were summarized and classified.The data was input into Excel according to the unified standard to create the database.The association rule analysis and cluster analysis of TCM medicines with frequency≥15 were carried out by IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results:A total of 75 prescriptions in accordance with the inclusion criteria were obtained,including 159 TCM medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 935,and a total of 19 TCM medicines with frequency≥15.The five herbs with the highest frequency were Shanzhuyu(Fructus Corni),Dihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Fuling(Poria),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata)and Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis).The main medicinal properties were cold.The taste of medicine was mainly sweet.The main channels were kidney and liver meridians.The deficiency-tonifying medicines were the most.There were 4 TCM pairs with the highest correlation intensity,and TCM medicines were divided into four categories by cluster analysis.Conclusion:In the treatment of climacteric hot flashes and perimenopausal hot flashes from the point of TCM,attention should be paid to the application of TCM medicines such as Shanzhuyu,Dihuang,etc.,and core medicine pairs such as Longgu(Os Draconis)-Muli(Concha Ostreae),and the methods of tonifying deficiency and clearing heat.
