夏橘化瘀胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗新型冠状病毒感染“阳康”后心悸的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Xiaju Huayu capsule combined with Tartaric Acid Metoprolol tablet in the treatment of palpitations after recovery of novel coronavirus infection

目的:观察夏橘化瘀胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗新型冠状病毒感染康复后心悸的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年12月―2023年2月在门诊就诊的新型冠状病毒感染康复后心悸患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,观察组给予夏橘化瘀胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗。比较两组临床疗效。观察对比两组患者24 h动态心电图、室性早搏总数和中医证候积分变化及中医主要症状改善率比较,焦虑量表评分和抑郁评分。结果:用药2周后,对照组治疗总有效率为92.11%(35/38),观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%(37/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候积分对比,治疗后观察组中医主要证候改善更为显著、疗效指数更高(P<0.05);两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、24 h早搏发生频次在治疗后均有好转,但观察组效果更优(P<0.05)。结论:夏橘化瘀胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片可提高新型冠状病毒感染康复后心悸的临床疗效,明显改善患者的心慌、头晕、乏力、胸闷等症状,有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,有效减少患者早搏发生次数;经过临床数据分析,夏橘化瘀胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片疗效较单用酒石酸美托洛尔片更好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xiaju Huayu capsule(夏橘化瘀胶囊)combined with Tartaric Acid Metoprolol tablet on palpitations after the recovery of novel coronavirus infection.Methods:From December 2022 to February 2023,76 patients with palpitations after the recovery of novel coronavirus infection were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tartaric Acid Metoprolol tablet,and the observation group was treated with the Xiaju Huayu capsule combined with Tartaric Acid Metoprolol tablet.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared.The 24 h holter ECG analysis,the total number of ventricular premature beats,the change of TCM syndrome score,the improvement rate of TCM main symptoms,the score of anxiety scale and depression were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate was 92.11%(35/38)in the control group and 97.37%(37/38)in the observation group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the observation group was more significant,and the efficacy index was higher after treatment(P<0.05).The anxiety score,depression score and 24-hour premature beat frequency in the two groups were ameliorated after treatment,but the effect in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaju Huayu capsule combined with Tartaric Acid Metoprolol tablet can improve the clinical efficacy of treating palpitations after the recovery of novel coronavirus infection,it can significantly relieve the symptoms of palpitation,dizziness,fatigue,chest tightness and other symptoms after the recovery of novel coronavirus infection,effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients,and effectively reduce the number of premature beats in patients;Through clinical data analysis,Xiaju Huayu capsule combined with Tartaric Acid Metoprolol tablet has better efficacy compared with Tartaric acid Metoprolol tablet.
