松黄和黄芩及其配伍对肝肾综合征小鼠肝肾功能的影响

摘要 目的探究松黄和黄芩及其配伍对肝肾综合征小鼠肝肾功能的影响,并探索疗效与浓度的关系。方法按体质量随机将小鼠平均分为6组:模型对照组、松黄组、黄芩组、松黄与黄芩1∶1配伍低、中、高剂量组。模型对照组给予生理盐水,松黄组和黄芩组分别给予1.5 g/(kg·d)浓度的对应提取液,3个剂量实验组分别给予1.5、4.5、7.5 g/(kg·d)的对应浓度松黄与黄芩1∶1配伍提取液,连续灌胃21 d。末次给药1 h后皮下注射四氯化碳制作急性肾衰竭小鼠模型。小鼠禁食不禁水12 h,眼球取血检测肝肾功能指标,颈椎脱臼后开腹取肝肾组织计算肝脏指数与肾脏指数。结果与模型对照组比较,松黄及黄芩组在改善肝肾功能方面效果显著(P<0.05)。与松黄及黄芩组比较,配伍低剂量组肝肾功能显著改善(P<0.05)。与配伍低剂量组比较,配伍中、高剂量组肝功能指标及肾功能指标(除超氧化物歧化酶外)显著改善(P<0.05)。结论松黄和黄芩及其配伍对肝肾综合征小鼠的肝肾功能具有明显的改善作用,其疗效随配伍浓度增加而提高,二者在改善肝肾功能方面表现出良好的协同作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of Pine pollen and Scutellaria baicalensis and their combinations on the liver and kidney functions of mice with hepatorenal syndrome,and to explore the relationship between therapeutic efficacy and concentration.Methods Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups according to body mass:the model control group,the Pine pollen group,the Scutellaria baicalensis group,and the Pine pollen and Scutellaria baicalensis 1∶1 mixed with low,medium and high dose groups.Saline was given to the model control group,1.5 g/(kg·d)of the corresponding extract were given to the Pine pollen group and Scutellaria baicalensis group,then 1.5,4.5 and 7.5 g/(kg·d)of the corresponding extract were given to the three experimental groups by gavage for 21 d.A mouse model of acute renal failure was made 1 h after the last administration.The mice were fasted without water for 12 h.Blood was collected from the eyeballs for liver and kidney function tests,and the liver and kidney tissues were extracted from the cervical vertebrae after dislocation to calculate the liver index and kidney index.Results Compared with the model control group,the effects of liver and kidney functions of Pine pollen and Scutellaria baicalensis groups were significant improved(P<0.05).Compared with the Pine pollen and Scutellaria baicalensis groups,the compatibility of low dose group were significantly improved the liver and kidney functions(P<0.05).Compared with the compatibility of low dose group,the liver function indexes and kidney function indexes(except superoxide dismutase)were significantly improved in the compatibility of middle and high dose groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Pine pollen and Scutellaria baicalensis and their combination has significant improvement in the liver and kidney functions of mice with hepatorenal syndrome,and their efficacy increase with the increase of the concentration of the combination,and both of them show good synergy in improving the liver and kidney functions.
