By making certain the definition and classification of academic misconduct in medical papers,the main reasons for academic misconduct in medical papers may be related to the academic evaluation system and the lack of supervision and punishment of academic misconduct.Therefore,combined with the country's national conditions and legal policies,it is essential to explore preventive measures to strengthen academic moral education by learning from international experience.It is suggested promoting data sharing and improve academic transparency,strengthening academic review and supervision,introduce academic behavior office system,establishing academic dishonest scholars library.It is urgent to speed up the reform of academic evaluation system,so as to prevent the occurrence of academic misconduct and promote medical progress and the development of disciplines.
