中医药院校工匠精神培育评价体系建构

Construction of Evaluation System for Craftsman Spirit Cultivation in Colleges and Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

基于对中医药院校学生工匠精神培育的实践经验和理论研究,构建一套科学可行的工匠精神培育成效评价体系,并通过实证研究验证其有效性和可靠性。该评价体系由思想理念、技能水平、品德素养、责任意识和创新能力等方面构成,每个方面包括若干个具体的评价指标,通过权重分配和综合评价方法,得出中医药院校学生工匠精神培育的总体成效评价结果。该评价体系具有科学性、公正性、实用性和可行性,可以为中医药院校学生工匠精神培育提供有效的评价工具和参考依据。

Based on the practical experience and theoretical research on the cultivation of craftsman spirit of students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper aims to construct a set of scientific and feasible evaluation system for the cultivation of craftsman spirit.Its effectiveness and reliability are verified through empirical research.The evaluation system consists of ideological concept,skill level,moral quality,responsibility consciousness and innovation ability.Each aspect includes several specific evaluation indexes.The overall effectiveness evaluation results of craftsman spirit cultivation of students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities are obtained through weight distribution and comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation system is scientific,fair,practical and feasible,which can provide effective evaluation tools and reference for the cultivation of craftsman spirit of students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
