基于三阶段会谈模型的中医产后康复决策辅助、方案在初产妇中的应用

Application of Decision-making Assistance Program of TCM Postpartum Rehabilitation Based on Three-stage Conversation Model in Primiparas

采用方便抽样法,于2022年9月到2023年3月选取常熟市某“三甲”医院产科的112例初产妇作为研究对象。以单号病室为对照组,双号病室为试验组,最终对照组和试验组各纳入56例。对照组采用常规的产后健康指导,试验组在对照组的基础上使用基于三阶段会谈模型的中医产后康复决策辅助方案进行干预。干预后分别使用中医产后康复相关知识测评问卷、决策冲突量表、决策参与满意度量表对两组进行评价。研究表明,基于三阶段会谈模型的中医产后康复决策辅助方案有助于初产妇学习相关知识,降低决策冲突水平,提高决策参与满意度。

From September 2022 to March 2023,112 primiparas from the obstetrics department of a“Grade-A”hospital in Changshu City were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The odd-numbered wards were used as the control group,and the even-numbered wards were the experimental group.Finally,the control group and the experimental group each included 56 cases.The control group was given routine postpartum health guidance,and the experimental group was intervened by decision-making assistance program of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)postpartum rehabilitation based on three-stage conversation model on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the two groups were evaluated depending on knowledge assessment questionnaire related with the TCM postpartum rehabilitation,the decision conflict scale,and the decision participation satisfaction scale.The research reveals that the decision-making assistance program of TCM postpartum rehabilitation based on the three-stage conversation model is helpful for primiparas to learn relevant knowledge,reduce the level of decision-making conflict,and improve the satisfaction of decision-making participation.
