护理本科实习生临床归属感与主观幸福感的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Clinical Sense of Belonging and Subjective Well-being of Nursing Undergraduate Interns

为了解实习护生临床归属感和主观幸福感现状,探讨两者之间的相关性,于2022年7—12月采用便利抽样法对广东省3所三级甲等医院实习的197名护理本科生进行调查,调查工具包括一般资料问卷、临床归属感量表、主观幸福感量表。研究表明,护理本科实习生临床归属感处于中等水平,主观幸福感处于较高水平,两者关系密切。医学院校可以通过对实习护生采取进行早期临床实践、开设临床技能进修课程、创新教学思路等措施,提高实习护生临床归属感,进而促进其主观幸福感的提高。

In order to learn the status of clinical sense of belonging and subjective well-being of nursing interns,and to explore the correlation of them,a survey was conducted on 197 nursing undergraduates who interned at"Grade A"hospitals in Guangdong Province from July to December 2022 with convenience sampling method.The survey tools included a General Information Questionnaire,Belongingness Scale-Clinical Placement Experience,and General Well-being Schedulemm.Research has shown that nursing undergraduate interns have moderate level of clinical belonging and relatively high level of subjective well-being,with close relationship between them as well.Medical colleges can improve the clinical sense of belonging and subjective well-being of nursing interns by implementing early clinical practice,offering clinical skills training courses,and innovating teaching ideas.
