摘要
采用便利抽样法,以867名医学生为研究对象,采用成人素质希望量表、心理韧性量表-14、Zung氏焦虑自评量表、多维领悟社会支持量表进行调查。运用Pearson相关分析了解变量间的相关关系,采用Process进行中介效应和调节效应检验,探讨医学生希望与焦虑水平间的关系,以及心理韧性的中介和领悟社会支持的调节效应,为医学生培养及心理健康教育提供理论基础。研究表明,医学生心理韧性在希望和焦虑之间起到中介作用,领悟社会支持能降低希望对心理韧性以及心理韧性对焦虑的健康预测作用。教育工作者应该更加关注低领悟社会支持的医学生,提升其心理韧性水平,从而降低焦虑,改善医学生的生活质量。
867 medical students were selected as the research objects through convenience sampling method,and the adult dispositional hope scale,psychological resilience scale-14,Zung's self-rating anxiety scale and multidimensional scale of perceived social support were adopted to investigate.Pearson correlation analysis was used to make certain the correlation between variables,and Process was used to test the mediating effectiveness and moderating effectiveness.The relationship between medical students'hope and anxiety level,as well as the mediating effectiveness of psychological resilience and the moderating effectiveness of perceived social support were discussed,which provided a theoretical basis for medical students'training and psychological health education.Studies have revealed that medical students'psychological resilience plays a mediating role between hope and anxiety.Perceived social support can reduce the health predictive effectiveness of hope on psychological resilience and psychological resilience on anxiety.Educators should pay more attention to medical students with low perceived social support and improve their psychological resilience,so as to reduce anxiety and improve the quality of life of medical students.
