氮素添加对油用牡丹幼苗根系性状的影响

摘要 为了推动油用牡丹产业的发展,优化油用牡丹种植技术。以油用牡丹“凤丹”作为试验材料,在聊城大学农学院植物种植园和试验室内进行采集、试验分析,利用不同氮素添加水平:不施氮(N0),施氮5 kg N/hm~2(N1)、10 kg N/hm~2(N2)、15 kg N/hm~2(N3)、20 kg N/hm~2(N4)和25 kg N/hm~2(N5)对牡丹幼苗进行处理,得到了根系性状的数据表明:适量增施氮肥,可有效提高幼苗根系同化物积累量,过量增施氮肥又呈下降趋势;随着氮素的增加,根系总表面积、磷素含量、根尖数和分叉数均表现不同程度先升高后降低的趋势;幼苗根系氮素含量随着施氮量的增加前期上升缓慢、中期无明显差异、后期上升迅速,总体呈不断上升的趋势。因此,为保证“凤丹”牡丹幼苗根系吸收能力和正常发育,进而促进“凤丹”牡丹稳产高产,最佳的施氮量为10 kg N/hm~2(N2)。 In order to promote the development of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr industry and optimize the planting technology of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr,in this study,Paeonia suffruticosa Andr 'Fengdan' was used as the test material,and was collected and analyzed in the plant plantation and laboratory of the College of Agriculture,Liaocheng University.Different nitrogen addition levels are used:no nitrogen application(N0),nitrogen application 5 kg N/hm~2(N1),10 kg N/hm~2(N2),15 kg N/hm~2(N3),20 kg N/hm~2(N4) and 25kg N/hm~2(N5).The data on root traits obtained by treating Paeonia suffruticosa Andr seedlings showed that appropriate application of nitrogen fertilizer could effectively increase the accumulation of root assimilation of seedlings,and excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer showed a downward trend.With the increase of nitrogen,the total surface area,phosphorus content,root tip number and bifurcation number of roots increased first and then decreased to different degrees.With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the nitrogen content of seedlings rose slowly in the early stage.There was no obvious difference in the middle stage and the rapid increase in the later stage.The overall trend was increasing.Therefore,in order to ensure the root absorption capacity and normal development of 'Fengdan' Paeonia suffruticosa Andr seedlings,and then promote the stable yield and high yield of 'Fengdan' Paeonia suffruticosa Andr,the optimal nitrogen application rate was 10 kg N/hm~2(N2).
