马缨杜鹃繁殖技术研究进展

Research Progress in Reproductive Techniques of Rhododendron delavayi Franch

马缨杜鹃繁殖技术一直是其产品商业化的关键环节,通过对近年来众多科研工作者在马缨杜鹃种子繁殖、扦插繁殖、组织培养等方面展开的研究进行综述,总结了马缨杜鹃繁殖技术要点,指出了当前马缨杜鹃繁殖技术存在的问题:主要是种子繁殖商品化周期长、组培繁殖技术门坎高且商品化周期长、扦插和嫁接繁殖成活率低、分株繁殖系数低。同时,提出了马缨杜鹃繁殖技术未来需要研究解决的方向是如何缩短马缨杜鹃营养生长,提高扦插和嫁接繁殖成活率,并兼顾高繁殖系数与短营养生长,以加快其商品化、市场化、产业化进程。

Propagation technology of Rhododendron delavayi Franch has always been a key link in the commercialization of Rhododendron delavayi Franch.This paper reviews the researches on seed propagation,cutting propagation and tissue culture of Rhododendron delavayi Franch by many researchers in recent years.The main points of propagation technology of Rhododendron delavayi Franch were summarized,and the main problems of the current propagation technology were long commercialization cycle of seed propagation,high barriers and long commercialization cycle of tissue culture propagation,low survival rate of cutting and grafting propagation,and low reproduction coefficient of branch.At the same time,it is suggested that the future research direction of the propagation technology of Rhododendron delavayi Franch should focus on how to shorten the vegetative growth of Rhododendron delavayi Franch,improve the survival rate of cutting and grafting,take into account the high reproductive coefficient and short vegetative growth,so as to accelerate the commercialization,marketization and industrialization of Rhododendron delavayi Franch.
