不同育苗方式对杜松出苗率及幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Different Seedling Rearing Methods on Seedling Emergence Rate and Seedling Growth of Juniperus rigida S.et Z.

摘要 以陕西省铜川市宜君县阳湾国有生态林场为研究地点,分析不同育苗方式下,对杜松出苗率和幼苗生长特性的影响。分别采用选种育苗、嫁接育苗和容器育苗3种育苗方式,对比了不同育苗方式下,杜松幼苗的出苗率、苗高、地径和壮苗数量等生长特性指标。结果表明:容器育苗杜松幼苗出苗时间低于选种育苗和嫁接育苗,其中嫁接育苗出苗时间低于选种育苗,组间比较有差异(P<0.05);容器育苗杜松出苗率显著高于选种育苗和嫁接育苗,嫁接育苗出苗率高于选种育苗,组间比较有差异(P<0.05);容器育苗杜松幼苗苗高、地径和壮苗数量均高于选种育苗和嫁接育苗(P<0.05),嫁接育苗杜松幼苗生长特性指标优于选种育苗(P<0.05)。育苗方式直接影响杜松幼苗出苗率和生长特性,以容器育苗方式育苗效果最佳,杜松幼苗出苗率较高,长势良好,壮苗数较多。 Taking Yangwan State-Owned Ecological Forest Farm in Yijun County,Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province as the research site,the effects of different seedling rearing methods on seedling emergence rate and seedling growth characteristics of Juniperus rigida S.et Z.were analyzed.Three seedling rearing methods were selected,namely,selective seedling rearing,grafting seedling rearing and container seedling rearing.The growth characteristics of Juniperus rigida S.et Z.seedlings,such as emergence rate,seedling height,ground diameter and number of strong seedlings,were compared under different seedling rearing methods.The results show that the seedling emergence time of Juniperus rigida S.et Z.seedlings reared in container was lower than that of selective seedling rearing,grafting seedling rearing;the seedling emergence time of grafting seedling rearing was lower than that of selective seedling rearing,and there was a difference between groups(P<0.05).The seedling height,ground diameter and number of strong seedlings of Juniperus rigida S.et Z.seedlings reared in container were higher than those reared by selective seedling and grafting seedling(P<0.05).The growth characteristics of Juniperus rigida S.et Z.seedlings reared by grafting seedling were better than those reared by selective seedling(P<0.05).The seedling rearing method directly affects the seedling emergence rate and growth characteristics of Juniperus rigida S.et Z.seedlings.The container seedling rearing method is the best with higher seedling emergence,good growth and more strong seedlings.
