基于AHP-SWOT模型的云南古茶树产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Ancient Tea Industry in Yunnan Based on AHP-SWOT Model

古茶树产业发展符合产业兴旺、产业升级的乡村振兴战略需求,更符合云南省农业经济发展需求。以云南省古茶树产业发展为研究对象,利用SWOT分析法从云南省古茶树产业发展的优势S,劣势W,机遇O,挑战T4个方面,选取了12个指标,建立AHP-SWOT模型,通过层次分析法计算了各个指标权重。结果显示,准则层权重值分别为:S(0.4576)、W(0.1284)、O(0.2274)、T(0.1284)。得出影响云南古茶树产业发展最重的是SWOT里的优势,其次是机遇。指标层中,权重最高的是古茶树资源丰富S_(1)(0.3127)。结合四象限分析法得出云南古茶树产业发展侧重于选择SO战略作为发展战略。并对此提出了要加强古茶树资源保护、持续推进产品开发、茶旅融合发展旅游业以及加强政府扶持力度等建议。

The development of ancient tea industry is in line with the strategic needs of rural revitalization of industrial prosperity and industrial upgrading,and it is also in line with the needs of agricultural economic development in Yunnan Province.Taking the development of ancient tea industry in Yunnan Province as the research object,SWOT analysis method was used to select 12 indicators from the four aspects of advantages S,disadvantages W,opportunity O and challenge T of the development of ancient tea industry in Yunnan Province.An AHP-SWOT model was established,and the weight of each index was calculated by analytic hierarchy.The results show that the weight values of the criterion layer are:S(0.4576),W(0.1284),O(0.2274),and T(0.1284).It is concluded that the most important thing affecting the development of Yunnan's ancient tea industry is the advantages in SWOT,followed by opportunities.In the indicator layer,the highest weight is S1(0.3127),which is rich in ancient tea resources.Combined with the four-quadrant analysis method,it is concluded that the development of ancient tea industry in Yunnan focuses on the selection of SO strategy as a development strategy.In this way,suggestions were put forward to strengthen the protection of ancient tea resources,continue to promote product development,integrate tea tourism to develop tourism,and strengthen government support.
