京山市省级森林城市建设效益评估与探析

Benefit Evaluation and Analysis of Forest City Construction in Jingshan City

为了客观、直观地了解湖北省京山市省级森林城市建设成效,为其他县市森林城市建设效益评估提供参考。通过生态效益、经济效益、社会效益等3个维度12个效益指标对京山市省级森林城市建设效益进行了系统评估,分析了湖北省京山市省级森林城市建设成效。结果表明:京山市创建省级森林城市新增总生态效益约9.14亿元,新增直接经济效益4.25亿元,环境、景观、森林文化、环保教育、就业等方面社会效益显著,对市域社会经济发展、生态环境改善、人文素养提升等起到了积极的促进作用。

In order to objectively and intuitively understand the effectiveness of provincial forest city construction in Jingshan City,Hubei Province,and provide ideas and references for the evaluation of the benefits of forest city construction in other counties and cities,a systematic evaluation was conducted on the construction benefits of provincial-level forest cities in Jingshan City through 12 benefit indicators from three dimensions,including ecological benefits,economic benefits,and social benefits.The evaluation results show that by creating a provincial-level forest city,Jingshan has added a total ecological benefit of approximately 914 million yuan and a direct economic benefit of 425 million yuan.It has significant social benefits in environmental,landscape,forest culture,environmental education,employment,and other aspects.These have played a positive role in promoting the socio-economic development,ecological environment improvement,and humanistic literacy enhancement of the city.
