手工法和仪器法在高锰酸盐指数测定中的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用手工法和仪器法测定了水体中高锰酸盐指数项目,分别从方法检出限、方法精密度、方法准确度3个方面探讨了2种测定方法的差异。结果表明:仪器法和手工法测得的所有水样中高锰酸盐指数结果均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。基于此,在经费预算充足的条件下,建议监测机构购买全自动高锰酸盐指数仪,不仅可以提高监测效率,还能保证测量的准确度,极大减轻分析人员的监测任务负担。以期为水质分析检测实验室使用仪器法分析测定高锰酸盐指数项目提供参考。 In this paper,the manual and the instrumental methods were used to determine the permanganate index of different water samples.The differences of two methods are discussed from three aspects:detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method.Results showed that there was no significant difference in all results of the water sample permanganate index measured by the instrumental method and the manual method.Therefore,under the condition of sufficient budget,it is recommended that monitoring institutions purchase automatic permanganate index instrument.Automatic permanganate index instrument can not only improve the monitoring efficiency,but also ensure the accuracy of measurement,which greatly reduces the burden of monitoring tasks for analysts.It is of certain reference significance for water quality analysis and testing laboratory to use instrument method to analyze and measure permanganate index.
