建构中国海洋文明的概念话语体系

The Construction of a Conceptual Discourse System for Chinese Maritime Civilization

中国海洋文明是推动海洋强国建设的内生动力,是建设中华民族现代文明的重要组成部分。由于时代变迁,学界对海洋文化概念内涵的认知不断变化,加强海洋文化建设,需要对中国海洋文明的概念话语有正确的认知。融合历史与当代的概念内涵变迁,对海洋文明的概念话语加以重新审视、修正和重构,分别不同类型,排列组合为海洋环境、海洋经济、海洋社会、海洋文化四个层级的概念话语体系,使之成为思考和研究的工具,打破西方话语霸权,发展和创新海洋文明理论,顺应时代要求,推动中国海洋文明在新时代开启新征程,取得新成就。

Chinese maritime civilization is an endogenous driving force for building China into a mari-time power and an important part of building a modern civilization for the Chinese nation.Due to the changes of the times,the academic circles’cognition of the conceptual meaning of maritime culture is undergoing constant change.To strengthen the construction of maritime culture,it is necessary to have a correct cognition of the conceptual discourse of Chinese maritime civilization.A conceptual discourse system of maritime civilization can be established,consisting of four levels of maritime environment,maritime economy,maritime society and maritime culture by integrating historical and contemporary conceptual changes,reexamining,revising and reconstructing its con-ceptual discourse in different types,enabling it to become a tool for thinking and research so as to break the hegemony of Western discourse,develop and innovate the theory of maritime civiliza-tion,conform to the requirements of the times and promote Chinese maritime civilization to embark on a new journey in the new era and achieve new achievements.
