基于生态位理论的工贸型县域留白用地选取研究——以山西省和顺县为例

Study on the Selection of Industrial and Trade-oriented County Blank Land Based on the Ecological Niche Theory:A Case Study of Heshun County in Shanxi Province

研究目的:以山西省和顺县为例,探索在国土空间规划与城乡融合背景下,工贸型县域留白用地的选取模型。研究方法:生态位理论,适宜性评价和留白用地选取模型。研究结果:(1)留白用地选取模型同时考虑空间位置和功能地位两方面要求,既明确留白用地态势特征,解释用地单元的现实作用和发展趋势,又量化指标参数和转化梯度,提高选取效率和精准度,具有科学性和可操作性。(2)运用模型得出和顺县最适宜作为留白用地的地块8块(1.21 km^(2)),主要分布在煤炭工业带和产业园区;中等适宜地块8块(1.21 km^(2)),主要分布在核心发展轴;勉强适宜地块3块(0.60 km^(2)),主要分布在乡镇边缘地带;不适宜地块220块(12.43 km^(2)),零散分布于县域。选取结果满足县域发展需求,具有可行性和适用性。研究结论:通过空间位置和功能地位确定理想生态位的规划思路,为工贸型县域留白用地选取提供了理论指导,同时选取结果满足工贸型县域产业转型诉求,可直接为留白用地选取提供借鉴。

The purpose of the paper is to explore the selection method of industrial and trade-oriented county blank land in the context of territorial space planning and urban-rural integration,taking Heshun County in Shanxi Province as an example.The research methods include ecological niche theory,suitability evaluation and county blank land selection model.The results show that:1)the selection model of blank land considers both spatial location and functional status requirements.It aims to effectively capture the distinctive characteristics of blank land,elucidate the practical roles and development trends of land units,while quantifying indicator parameters and transformation gradients,to enhance selection efficiency and precision.This model possesses scientificity and feasibility.2)The eight most suitable blank land plots(1.21 km^(2))are primarily located in the coal industrial zone and the industrial park;the eight moderately suitable blank land plots(1.21 km^(2))are mainly located along the core development axis;the 3 barely suitable blank land plots(0.60 km^(2))are primarily located in the outskirts of the township;the 220 unsuitable blank land plots(12.43 km^(2))are scattered throughout the county.The selected outcomes satisfy the developmental requirements of the county,exhibiting feasibility and applicability.In conclusion,the planning concept of determining the ideal ecological niche through spatial location and functional status provides theoretical guidance for the selection of blank land in industrial and trade-oriented counties.Moreover,the results meet the demands of industrial transformation in industrial and trade-oriented county transformation,and can directly provide the references for the selection of blank land.
