摘要
为调查摩擦方式下湿态织物黏性感知的摩擦特征影响机理,开发织物与模拟皮肤间的摩擦装置,提取4项可用于表征黏性感知的摩擦特征指标,选取服装市场常见的21种织物作为试样,调查不同织物性能、织物含水量饱和度、法向载荷及滑动速度对于织物与皮肤间摩擦特征的影响。结果显示,织物表面粗糙度与最大静摩擦力显著负相关(r=-0.535,p<0.05),织物拉伸伸长率与静摩擦力增长速率显著负相关(r=-0.683,p<0.05);随着织物含水量饱和度增大,最大静摩擦力、黏着变形量和动摩擦力平均差呈增大趋势;随着法向载荷增大,最大静摩擦力、黏着变形量和动摩擦力平均差呈线性增大;随着滑动速度增大,静摩擦力增长速率基本呈线性增大,动摩擦力平均差呈减小趋势。
In order to investigate the influence mechanism of friction characteristics of wet fabric stickiness perception under the friction mode,a friction device between the fabric and the simulated skin is developed.Four friction characteristic indexes that can be used to characterize stickiness perception are extracted,and 21 kinds of fabrics commonly used in the clothing market are selected as friction samples,the effects of fabric properties,water saturation,normal load and sliding speed on friction characteristics between the fabric and skin are investigated.The results show that the surface roughness of fabric is negatively correlated with the maximum static friction force(r=-0.535,p<0.05),and the tensile elongation of fabric is negatively correlated with the growth rate of static friction force(r=-0.683,p<0.05).The maximum static friction force,adhesive deformation and mean difference of dynamic friction force increase with the increase of water saturation.With the increase of normal load,the maximum static friction force,the adhesive deformation and the mean difference of dynamic friction force increase linearly.As the sliding speed increases,the growth rate of static friction force basically increases linearly,and the mean difference of dynamic friction force decreases.
