碳纤维增强聚碳酸酯复合材料在高温中的准静态压缩强度

摘要 选择碳纤维平纹织物、碳纤维单向布分别和聚碳酸酯制备热塑性复合材料,包括碳纤维增强聚碳酸酯平纹层合板、单向板和正交层合板,并自制的高温装置与MTS(Material Testing System)搭配使用,研究上述三种复合材料在20℃、120℃、150℃、180℃四种温度下的面外准静态压缩行为,分析结构和温度对性能的影响,探究不同条件下的失效模式。结果表明:碳纤维增强聚碳酸酯平纹层合板的最大应力值和压缩模量与正交层合板接近,均高于碳纤维增强聚碳酸酯单向板;且温度对三种复合材料的面外准静态压缩性能有很大影响,随温度升高,准静态压缩模量和最大应力值都减小。 Thermoplastic composites are prepared by using carbon fiber plain weave fabric and carbon fiber unidirectional fabric in combination with polycarbonate separately.The composites include carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate plain weave laminate,unidirectional laminate and orthogonal laminate.A self-made high-temperature device is collocated with MTS(Material Testing System)to investigate the out-of-plane quasi-static compression behavior of the three composites at four temperatures:20℃,120℃,150℃and 180℃.The influence of structure and temperature on the performance is analyzed and failure modes are explored under different conditions.The results show that the maximum stress and compressive modulus of the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate plain weave laminate are similar to those of the orthogonal laminate,both of which are higher than those of the unidirectional laminate.Additionally,temperature has a significant impact on the out-of-plane quasi-static compression performance of the three composites.As the temperature increases,the quasi-static compressive modulus and maximum stress decrease.
