铺龙湾煤业煤巷高冒区充填技术应用

摘要 针对铺龙湾81022巷高冒区的具体条件,分析了高冒区成因,对充填材料及充填工艺进行了研究。根据高冒区不同区域冒落的煤炭粒径的大小、煤炭堆积状态和裂隙分布将高冒区分成破碎区、离层区和断裂区三个区域;采用封固力FCC充填材料及相应设备进行充填,结果表明充填体没有发生明显干缩变形和离层现象。 By analysis of the causes of the high caving area in Lane 81022 of Pulongwan,the author makes a study on the filling materials and filling technology,dividing the high caving area into three areas:broken area,separation area and fault area according to the particle size,accumulation form and crack distribution of caving coal in different areas of the high caving area and filling by sealing force FCC filling material and corresponding equipment,whose results show that there are no obvious dry shrinkage deformation and separation of the filling body.
