摘要
随着科技不断进步,煤矿的生产辅助系统部分工程,可以施工工程钻孔予以代替,但现有的钻探工艺,钻具组合是制约工程钻孔施工的主要瓶颈,无配套的成熟装备可供使用,尤其在煤矿井下大孔径钻孔施工方面研究较少,施工经验及配套的钻探成功案例很少,目前仍停留在竖直大孔径钻孔施工的阶段。顺和煤矿通过采用大功率钻机,使用变径塔式钻头,优化施工工艺的方式来突破孔径及施工角度的限制,从而达到大孔径钻孔代替巷道工程、优化矿井生产系统的目的。
With the continuous progress of science and technology,part of the production auxiliary system of coal mine can be replaced by drilling construction.However,the existing drilling technology and drilling tool assembly are the main bottleneck restricting the drilling construction,and supporting mature equipment is not available.Due to little research on the construction of large-aperture borehole in the coal mine and few successful cases of construction experience and supporting drilling,drilling construction is still in the stage of vertical large-aperture borehole construction.High-power drilling rigs and variable diameter drilling bit have been used to break through the limitations of aperture and construction angle to optimize the construction process in Shunhe Colliery,which achieves the goal of replacing roadway engineering with large aperture drilling and optimize the mine production system.
