煤矿井下通风智能管控系统设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对煤矿井下通风管控系统存在的网络结构不合理、风速检测不准确、动态调节能力差、环境监测参数不完善等问题,设计煤矿井下通风智能管控系统,包括以TMS320F2812芯片为核心的通风智能管控系统硬件、软件方案,由芯片实时采集巷道环境参数并控制变频器输出,达到动态调节风机转速的目的;由TCP/IP通讯、CAN总线通信技术组建通风系统数据传输网络,通过地面调度室实现对井下通风系统的远程监控;最后完成试验分析。试验分析结果表明,该通风智能管控系统满足设计要求,提升了煤矿井下通风管控系统的智能化水平,保障了煤矿井下安全、高效生产。 In view of the problems existing in the underground ventilation control system of coal mine,such as unreasonable network structure,inaccurate wind speed detection,poor dynamic adjustment ability and imperfect environmental monitoring parameters,the intelligent ventilation control system of underground coal mine is designed in the paper,including the hardware and software scheme of the intelligent ventilation control system with TMS320F2812 chip as the core.The chip collects the environmental parameters of roadway in real time and controls the output of frequency converter to achieve the purpose of dynamically adjusting the fan speed.The data transmission network of the ventilation system is established by TCP/IP communication and CAN bus communication technology,and the remote monitoring of the underground ventilation system is realized through the ground control room,whose experimental analysis results show that the intelligent ventilation control system meets the design requirements,improves the intelligent level of underground ventilation control system,and guarantees the safe and efficient production of underground coal mine.
