摘要
煤矿提升机作为井上及井下煤炭、设备及人员的运输纽带,其控制系统的控制精度及调速性能决定了提升机的运行效率及可靠性。为进一步提高提升机运行性能及智能化水平,设计了一套基于PLC及变频器控制的煤矿提升机自动控制系统。系统采用PLC作为控制核心,有效提高系统可靠性、灵活性及扩展性,并采用矢量控制变频调速方案代替原系统转子串电阻调速,使得系统控制精度及调速性能得到进一步提升。
As a transportation link for coal,equipment,and personnel on and underground,the control accuracy and speed regulation performance of the coal mine hoist control system determine the operational efficiency and reliability of the hoist.To further improve the operational performance and intelligence level of the hoist,the paper designs an automatic control system for coal mine hoist based on PLC and frequency converter control,which uses PLC as the control core to effectively improve the reliability,flexibility,and scalability of the system,and adopts the vector control variable frequency speed regulation scheme to replace the original system's rotor series resistance speed regulation to further improve the system's control accuracy and speed regulation performance.
