摘要
当前时代下,就业市场对高校毕业生提出了新的要求,而对于师范毕业生而言,其毕业生群体的新特征、新观念与就业要求的不匹配形成了新的困境。本研究深入315名师范专业毕业生,以问卷形式从就业情况、就业看法、自我规划和学校培养四个维度进行就业困难信息调查,从客观环境、个人素质和学校培养三个层面剖析原因,并从核心素养视角对当前就业指导课程体系进行针对性优化和创造性发展。
In the current era,the job market has put forward new requirements for normal major graduates,but the characteristics and concepts of the graduate group do not match the job requirements,forming a new dilemma.Therefore,colleges and universities should actively respond to the current employment situation of graduates,propose targeted measures and solutions,and cultivate high-quality and modern talents for the new era.This study interviewed 315 normal major students,using a questionnaire,from four dimensions:employment situation,employment views,self-planning and school cultivation.The reasons were analyzed from three levels:the objective environment,personal qualities,and school training.From the perspective of core competencies,the current employment guidance course system was optimized and creatively developed to provide practical reference for the employment difficulties of normal major graduates.
