基于市域产教联合体建设的高职双创教育实施逻辑、机制及路径

The Implementation Logic,Mechanism and Path for Higher Vocational Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Education Based on the Construction of Municipal Industry Education Federations

摘要 市域产教联合体建设与高职双创教育的实施具有鲜明的逻辑关系,主要表现在二者目标的互容性、资源配置的互补性、实施效果的互利性。面向市域产教联合体建设的要求,高职院校要不断完善双创教育的机制,加快构建产教融合、产学结合的导向机制,利益共享、谋求共赢的动力机制,资源整合、多元互动的运行机制,区域联动、融合发展的互动机制。在此基础上,从深化产教融合、完善顶层设计、优化资源配置、加强区域合作等层面提出高职双创教育的优化路径。 There is clear logical relationship between the construction of municipal industry education consortia and the implementation of vocational entrepreneurship and innovation education mainly manifested in the mutual inclusiveness of their goals,the complementation of resource allocation and the mutual benefit of their implementation effects.In response to the requirements of the construction of industry education consortia in the city,vocational colleges should continuously improve the mechanism of entrepreneurship and innovation education,accelerate the construction of a guiding mechanism for the integration of industry education and industry education,a driving mechanism for benefit sharing and seeking win-win results,a mechanism for resource integration and diversified interaction and an interactive mechanism for regional linkage and integrated development.Based on this,the optimization path for vocational entrepreneurship and innovation education is proposed,including adhering to the integration of industry and education,enhancing students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,improving top-level design,reasonably allocating the economic benefits of entrepreneurship and innovation,optimizing resource allocation and encourage investment from multiple entities,strengthen regional cooperation and promoting coordinated development of regional economy.
