摘要 新时代职业教育数字化转型有利于推进学习型社会,助力技能型社会建设,助推职业教育“三教”改革,均衡职业教育资源配置。新时代职业教育数字化转型面临数字化基础薄弱,人力支撑和技术保障力不足、治理能力薄弱、数字资源与教学融合不深等问题。对此,要从基础上增强数字人力支撑和条件保障能力,管理上提升职业院校数字化治理水平,配置上推动数字技术与教育教学活动深度融合,成效上建立三维一体的指标评价体系等方面采取措施。 The digital transformation of vocational education in the new era is conducive to the promotion of a learning society,the construction of a skill-based society,the reform of the"three teachings"of vocational education and the balanced allocation of vocational education resources.The digital transformation of vocational education in the new era is faced with problems such as weak digital foundation,insufficient human support and technical guarantee,weak governance capacity and poor integration of digital resources and teaching.Measures should be taken to enhance digital human support and condition guarantee capacity,improve the level of digital governance in vocational colleges and universities,promote the in-depth integration of digital technology and educational and teaching activities and establish a three-dimensional evaluation system for indicators of effectiveness.
