“双高”背景下提升学校治理水平的调研与思考——以湖北职业技术学院为例

摘要 近几年来,湖北职业技术学院以“强校有我在行动”为抓手,学校治理体系日益健全、制度体系不断完善、运行机制更加优化、管理体系更加严格规范,但在制度宣传、治理主体作用发挥、院校管理重心下移和智慧校园建设等方面还存在短板弱项。推进学校治理水平提升,必须坚持党对学校工作的全面领导,进一步健全制度体系,充分发挥理事会、学术委员会、专业委员会的作用,大力加强智慧校园建设。 Hubei Polytechnic Institute takes"strong school have me in action"as a grasp.The school governance system is increasingly sound,the system is constantly improving,the operation mechanism is more optimized and the management system is more rigorous and standardized.Nevertheless,there are still weaknesses and shortcomings for the school governance with regards to the system publicity,the role of the main body of governance to play,the center of gravity of the management of the institution downstream and the construction of the intelligent campus,etc.To promote the improvement of school governance,there is need to adherence to the Party's overall leadership of school work,improve the system,give full play to the role of the Council,the Academic Committee and the Professional Committee and vigorously strengthen the construction of smart campuses.
