地方高职院校发展本科层次职业教育调查分析——以湖北省27所地方高职院校为例

Research Report on the Development of Undergraduate-Level Vocational Education in Local Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities:Taking 27 Local Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province as an Example

调研发现,部分地方高职院校升本意愿较强,但在思想认识、办学条件、师资力量、科研水平以及政府的政策扶持力度等方面还存在短板弱项。为此,地方高职院校要加强本科职业教育的理论研究与政策宣传,积极寻求政策支持与经费保障,采取循序渐进的升本策略,对标本科职业学校和专业设置标准扬长补短。

The research found that most of the local higher vocational colleges and universities have a strong will to go up to bachelor's degree,but there are still some problems in terms of ideological understanding,operating conditions,faculty strength,scientific research level and the government's policy support.In this regard,higher vocational colleges and universities should strengthen the theoretical research and policy propaganda of undergraduate vocational education,actively seek policy support and financial security,adopt a step-by-step strategy of"upgrading",and make up for their shortcomings by benchmarking undergraduate vocational schools and professional standards.
