摘要
荧光共价有机框架(fluorescent covalent organic frameworks,FCOFs)由各种荧光有机分子单体通过可逆缩合反应形成高度有序的结晶性有机框架结构,具有独特的荧光特性、良好的化学稳定性、高比表面积、大π共轭结构以及有序的永久性可调节孔隙等特点,在传感和成像等领域受到越来越多的关注。综述了FCOFs的定义、光学性质、合成方法及其在传感与成像方面的应用研究进展,并对FCOFs材料的设计合成及应用面临的挑战进行了展望。
Fluorescent covalent organic frameworks(FCOFs)are highly ordered crystalline organic framework structures formed by reversible condensation reactions of various fluorescent organic monomers.They have unique fluorescence characteristics,good chemical stability,high specific surface area,largeπ-conjugated structure,and ordered permanent adjustable pores.FCOFs have gained increasing attention in the fields of sensing and imaging.This article provides a review of the definition,optical properties,and synthesis methods of FCOFs.The applications of FCOFs in sensing and imaging are summarized.In addition,current challenges in designing and preparing FCOFs for advanced applications are discussed.
