摘要
识别亚热带典型森林土壤细菌的群落特征有助于深入理解植被-微生物-土壤间的相互作用。研究采集马尾松纯林,阔叶混交林、马尾松阔叶混交林和天然次生林的土壤样品,通过扩增子测序测定细菌的群落特征。结果表明,酸杆菌门、变形菌门、浮霉菌门和绿弯菌门为优势的细菌类群。细菌的Shannon多样性指数和群落组成在不同森林类型中差异显著。此外,土壤pH值和养分含量显著影响优势细菌类群和alpha多样性。研究表明,纯林的近自然修复通过影响土壤的pH值和养分来调节土壤细菌群落组成,可为亚热带森林可持续管理提供科学支撑。
Identifying the key soil bacterial taxa and community composition of typical subtropical forests is essential for a deeper understanding of the plant-microbe-soil interaction.In this study,we collected the soil samples from pure Pinus massoniana stands,mixed broadleaf forests,mixed forests of Pinus massoniana and broadleaf trees,and natural secondary forests.The bacterial community composition was determined by 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.The results showed that Acidobacteria,Proteobacteria,Planctomycetes,and Chloroflexi were the dominant bacterial phyla.The Shannon diversity index of bacteria and the bacterial community composition differed significantly among different forest types.Furthermore,soil pH value and nutrient availability significantly influence the dominant bacterial phyla and alpha diversity index.These results suggested that near-natural restoration of monocultures in subtropical areas can regulate soil bacterial community composition by altering the soil pH value and nutrient availability.Our findings provide scientific support for the sustainable management of subtropical forests.
