科研诚信背景下论文作者署名和机构标注不当的问题探讨

Exploration of Inappropriate Authorship and Institutional Labeling in Context of Scientific Research Integrity

不当使用署名权是一类比较重要的学术不端行为。通过探讨科技论文作者署名和机构规范标注的问题,提高研究者、编辑的认知度及执行力。根据现有文献和笔者的编辑实践,将科技论文中作者署名和机构标注的常见问题归纳为9类,从主观和客观两方面分析出现署名和机构标注不当现象的原因。对现有指南和规范文献进行分析与综合,确定作者角色的定义、作者署名及机构标注的原则,提出在科研诚信背景下适应中国学术出版生态的作者署名及机构标注伦理规范建议:依据作者的实质性贡献进行署名,反对夹带署名和冒用署名;不推荐单中心研究标注多个共同作者和通讯作者;第一作者单位应与完成研究工作的单位一致等。对研究者和编辑进行规范化培训有助于减少及纠正署名和机构标注的不当行为,从而促进科研诚信建设。

Improper use of authorship is an important academic misconduct.By exploring the norms of authorship and institutional labeling of scientific and technical papers,this study aims to improve the awareness and implementation of researchers and editors.Based on existing literature and the author’s editing experience,the common problems of authorship and institutional labeling in scientific and technical papers are summarized into nine categories.The causes of inappropriate authorship and institutional labeling are analyzed from both subjective and objective perspectives.Based on the analysis and synthesis of existing guidelines and normative literature,the definition of author roles,and the principles of authorship and institutional labeling are determined,and the ethical recommendations of authorship and institutional labeling adapted to China’s academic publishing ecology in the context of scientific research integrity are proposed.Emphasis is placed on authorship based on substantive contributions,rejection of gift and ghost authorship.It is not recommended to label multiple co-authors and corresponding authors for single-center research.The first author’s affiliation should be consistent with the institution where the research is conducted.Standardized training of researchers and editors will help reduce and correct inappropriate practices in authorship and institutional labeling,promoting research integrity.
