The academic influence and competitiveness of science and technology journals are comprehensively affected by many factors,including article quality,review and editorial teams,author groups,academic exchanges and cooperation,new media,advertising and publishing integration,etc.Based on the practice of International Journal of Biomedical Engineering,some specific countermeasures are proposed to enhance the influence and competitiveness of science and technology journals for reference.
