多次颈动脉支架置入术治疗放射性多发颈部动脉狭窄合并脑梗死一例

Multiple times of carotid artery stenting for multiple carotid artery stenosis complicated with ischemic stroke after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma: a case report

鼻咽癌放射治疗容易导致颈动脉损伤,随着患者生存时间的延长,可逐渐出现严重的颈动脉狭窄且易导致急性脑梗死事件。颈动脉支架置入术是目前治疗严重颈动脉狭窄的有效方法之一。该研究报道了1例鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后颈部动脉多发狭窄合并急性脑梗死并接受多次单侧颈动脉支架置入术治疗的病历资料,结合文献分析其诊治经过及相关特征,以供临床医师参考。

Radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can cause carotid artery injury.With the prolonged survival time,serious arterial stenosis may occur gradually and may cause ischemic stroke events.Carotid artery stenting is currently an effective treatment for severe carotid artery stenosis.The authors reported a case of multiple carotid artery stenosis complicated with acute ischemic stroke after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,who received multiple carotid artery stenting successively.The characteristics of diagnosis and treatment were analyzed combined with relevant literature to provide a reference for clinicians.
