摘要
光伏发电工程支架基础是光伏支架、组件的承载平台,其质量的好坏直接影响后续光伏支架、组件的安装质量和安装效率,甚至影响整个光伏发电系统安全运行和发电效率。光伏发电工程的支架结构基础应该与光伏支架的混凝土灌注桩基础、现张法预应力混凝土管桩基础等相互联系,优化地基基础结构稳定性与安全性。光伏支架基础的常用型式主要有钢筋混凝土独立基础、钢筋混凝土灌注桩基础、螺旋管钢单立柱桩基础、预应力双管桩基础等。工程125 MW光伏项目场区经现场踏勘,场址覆盖层为红黏土,且有灰岩出露。从经济性和施工可行性考虑,主要布置区域为果园,土质地基,推荐采用混凝土灌注桩基础。
The foundation of photovoltaic power generation engineering brackets is the load-bearing platform for photovoltaic brackets and components.Its quality directly affects the installation quality and efficiency of subsequent photovoltaic brackets and components,and even affects the safe operation and power generation efficiency of the entire photovoltaic power generation system.The support structure foundation of photovoltaic power generation engineering should be interconnected with the concrete cast-in-place pile foundation of photovoltaic supports,cast-in-place prestressed concrete pipe pile foundation,to optimize the stability and safety of the foundation structure.The common types of photovoltaic bracket foundations include reinforced concrete independent foundations,reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile foundations,spiral tube steel single column pile foundations,prestressed double tube pile foundations,etc.After on-site investigation of a 125MW photovoltaic project site,it was found that the covering layer of the site is red clay with exposed limestone.From the perspective of economy and construction feasibility,as the main layout area is orchard and soil foundation,it is recommended to use concrete cast-in-place pile foundation.
