MgO-Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)复相陶瓷惰性燃料基质的制备及表征

摘要 为了获得致密性高、晶粒尺寸小、两相分布均匀的Mg O-Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)复相陶瓷惰性燃料基质,首先以Nd(NO3)3·6H_(2)O、C_(12)H_(28)O_(4)Zr为原料,采用sol-gel法合成了有序P型Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)烧绿石,再和Mg O复合制备了Mg O-Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)复相陶瓷。利用XRD、SEM-EDS等方法研究了化学组成、烧结时间、烧结温度对复相陶瓷的物相组成、晶粒大小以及致密性的影响。结果表明:采用sol-gel法在1200℃煅烧10 h能够成功合成出结晶良好的Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)烧绿石。此外,在1500℃烧结24 h,可以制备出致密性高、晶粒分布均匀的Mg O-Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)复相陶瓷。 To obtain MgO-Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)composite ceramic inert fuel matrix with high compactness,small grain size and two uniformly dispersed crystalline phases.The ordered P-type Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)pyrochlore was primarily synthesized by the sol-gel method using Nd(NO3)3·6H2O and C12H28O4Zr as raw materials,and then MgONd 2Zr2O7 composite ceramics were synthesized by mixing MgO.The effects of chemical components,sintering time and sintering temperature on the phase composition,grain size and densification of the composite ceramics were investigated via XRD and SEM-EDS,respectively.The results showed that Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)pyrochlore with good crystallization could be successfully synthesized by the sol-gel method at 1200℃for 10 h.In addition,MgO-Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)composite ceramics with high density and uniform grain distribution could be prepared at 1500℃for 24 h.
