摘要
电磁探伤技术采用非接触式电磁感应测量的原理,通过对套管剩余壁厚识别,定量精准评价套管的厚度、变形、孔洞、裂缝、内外壁腐蚀程度,实现全井段连续快速套损测井,同时不受井筒环境制约,更适用于稠油、聚合物等复杂井筒环境,在油田大规模套损普查方面更具优势。该技术已在胜利油田现场应用180余井次,最大测深3450m,测井速度700m/h,壁厚分辨率0.3mm,解释精度符合率95%以上。
Electromagnetic flaw detection technology adopts the principle of non-contact electromagnetic induction measurement.Through identifying the remaining casing wall thickness,it can quantitatively and accurately evaluate the thickness,deformation,hole,crack,and inner and outer wall corrosion degree of casing,realizing continuous and rapid casing loss logging for the whole well section.At the same time,it is not restricted by the wellbore environment,and is more suitable for heavy oil,polymer and other complex wellbore environments.In the field of large-scale casing damage survey more advantages.The technology has been applied to more than 180 Wells in Shengli Oilfield,with a maximum depth of 3450m,logging speed of 700m/h,wall thickness resolution of 0.3mm and the coincidence rate of interpretation accuracy is above 95%.
