基于文化人类学视角对临沂北部传统饮食文化的调查——以沂水县圈里乡桥北头村为例

摘要 常言道:民以食为天。饮食是人类生存不可或缺的一部分,一个地区的饮食文化往往是这个地区物质文化、精神文化及组织文化的浓缩。为了解临沂北部的传统饮食文化,笔者在山东省临沂市沂水县圈里乡桥北头村进行了为期一周的传统饮食文化田野调查,由于新冠疫情防控期间禁止集会性活动,一切婚丧嫁娶活动暂停,因此主要通过访谈、文献查阅等方法,来梳理临沂北部地区的传统饮食。从调查结果来看,该村受气候与地理位置影响,主要以小麦和玉米制品为主食,多采用炸与炖的方式来烹饪。与其他大部分地区的饮食文化一样,该村落的饮食同样承载着一定的文化内涵,即使社会不断发展,村民仍重视其精神意义。 As the saying goes,"Humanity's most fundamental relationship is with what we eat."Food is an indispensable part of human existence,and the food culture of a region is often a concentration of the material,spiritual and organizational culture of the region.To understand the traditional food culture in the northern part of Linyi,the author conducted a one-week field survey of traditional food culture in Qiaobeitou Village,Quanli Township,Yishui County,Linyi City,Shandong Province.Since assembly activities were prohibited during the epidemic period,and all weddings,funerals,and marriages were suspended,the traditional food in the northern part of Linyi was sorted out mainly through interviews and a literature review.From the results of the survey,the village,influenced by the climate and geographic location,mainly uses wheat and corn products as the staple food,and most of them are cooked by frying and stewing.Like the food culture of most other regions,the village's food carries certain connotations,and even though the society continues to develop,the villagers still emphasize its spiritual significance.
