摘要
从原材料筛选、产品结构设计和生产工艺对产品性能影响等几个方面进行了研究与开发,制备的汽车漆面保护膜产品具有自修复、耐冲击、耐老化、耐腐蚀、防油污等多种功能,可作为汽车漆面保护的一种高性能新型环保薄膜,具有良好的市场应用前景。
The research and development on the effects of raw material selection,product structure design,and production process on product performance were conducted.The prepared automotive paint protection film has multiple functions such as self-healing,impact resistance,aging resistance,corrosion resistance,and oil pollution prevention.It can be used as a high-performance new environmentally friendly film for automotive paint protection and has good market application prospects.
