摘要
基于目前我校有机化学实验教学模式单一,学生整体素质及能力难以提高,设计性实验和综合性实验教学模式都有利于学生的自主学习能力、动手能力、发现问题和解决问题的能力的培养。因此,以“甘草多糖或甘草酸的提取和分离”、“盐酸二甲双胍的合成工艺研究”和“苯妥英钠的合成”为例,开展了有机化学设计性实验和综合性实验教学模式的探索,该教学模式调动了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的整体综合素质。
Based on the single teaching mode of Organic Chemistry experiment in our school at present,it is difficult to improve the overall quality and ability of students.The designed experiment and comprehensive experimental teaching mode are both conducive to the cultivation of studentsautonomous learning ability,practical ability,problem-finding and problem-solving ability.Therefore,taking“extraction and separation of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide or glycyrrhizin acid”,“synthesis of metformin hydrochloride”and“synthesis of phenytoin sodium”as examples,the exploration on designing experiment and comprehensive experiment teaching mode of Organic Chemistry was carried out,which mobilized studentslearning interest and improved their overall comprehensive quality.
