摘要 目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗中超声监控的准确性和可靠性。方法 通过比较离体牛肝组织在HIFU不同声强和辐照时间辐照时 ,靶区辐照前后的超声声像图变化和灰度值变化 ,进而观测超声图像面积 (SUSI)与生物学焦域面积 (SBFR)的关系。结果 HIFU辐照后超声回声强度明显增强 ,灰度值增高 ;辐照结束后 1min的SUSI与SBFR几乎相等 (t =0 .30 8,P >0 .0 5)。结论 通过观察超声的灰度值变化 。 Objective To explore accuracy and reliability of ultrasonography monitoring used for high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) therapy.Methods Calf liver tissues were exposed to HIFU with different intensity and duration series. The ultrasonography prior to and posterior to exposure were inspected, the gray values were measured,and the area of ultrasound imaging (S USI ) and biological focal region (S BFR ) were compared.Results A bright hyperechoic spot was resulted and gray values were increased at the focal region after exposure. S USI was almost equal to S BFR after one minute duration(t= 0.308 ,P> 0.05 ).Conclusions The gray value could be used to determine the therapeutic dosage and the effectiveness.
