低骨量疗养人员疗养干预方案的构建

Construction of convalescent intervention plan for low bone mass convalescent staff

目的构建适合疗养机构针对低骨量疗养员的疗养干预方案,为低骨量疗养员提供合理、规范、有效的疗养干预措施。方法通过文献研究、疗案回顾,构建低骨量人员疗养干预草案。采用德尔菲法选取12名专家,进行2轮专家咨询,按照专家咨询意见,结合疗养实践,对条目进行修改。结果2轮咨询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家积极性好。第2轮咨询专家的权威系数为0.887,2轮专家咨询的重要性和可行性肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.225、0.223和0.424、0.410。最终形成疗养干预方案包括合理膳食、充足日照、运动干预、低骨量健康教育、用药指导、心理社会干预6个一级条目,14个二级条目,31个三级条目。结论构建的低骨量人员疗养干预方案科学、可靠、实用。

Objective To construct a convalescent intervention program suitable for convalescents with low bone mass,and provide reasonable,standardized and effective convalescent intervention measures for convalescents with low bone mass.Methods Through literature research and review of treatment cases,the draft of convalescent intervention for low bone mass personnel was constructed.Adopting Delphi method,12 experts were selected to conduct two rounds of expert consultation,and the items were modified according to the expert consultation opinions and the recuperation practice.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires was 100%,and the enthusiasm of experts was good.The authority coefficient of the second round of expert consultation was 0.887,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the importance and feasibility of the two rounds of expert consultation was 0.225,0.223 and 0.424,0.410,respectively.The final convalescent intervention plan includes 6 first-level items,14 second-level items and 31 third-level items,including reasonable diet,sufficient sunshine,exercise intervention,low bone mass health education,medication guidance,and psychosocial intervention.Conclusion The convalescent intervention program for low bone mass personnel constructed in this study is scientific,reliable and practical.
