穴位埋线联合RS3抗性淀粉治疗MS腹型肥胖患者疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect of acupoint embedding combined with RS3 resistant starch on central obesity with metabolic syndrome

目的探讨穴位埋线联合RS3抗性淀粉饮食疗法治疗代谢综合征(MS)腹型肥胖的临床疗效。方法选取2021年8月1日至2023年4月30日于黔西南州中医院针灸科就诊的50例MS腹型肥胖患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用埋线及RS3抗性淀粉食疗,两组均以90 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗后两组体重、BMI、WC和观察组WHR较治疗前降低,且观察组体重、BMI、WC低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压和对照组舒张压较治疗前降低,且观察组舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组FBG、TG和观察组HDL-C较治疗前降低,且观察组TG低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合RS3抗性淀粉饮食治疗MS腹型肥胖的临床疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with RS3 resistant starch diet on abdominal obesity of metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods Fifty patients with abdominal obesity with MS who were treated in Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion in Qianxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 1,2021 to April 30,2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with embedded thread and RS3 resistant starch diet on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated with a course of 90 days,and the curative effect was compared after a course of treatment.Results After treatment,the body weight,BMI,WC of the two groups and WHR of the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the body weight,BMI,WC of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group and the control group were lower than before treatment,and the diastolic pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FBG,TG and HDL-C in the two groups and the observation group were lower than before treatment,and TG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint embedding combined with RS3 resistant starch diet has a definite clinical effect on MS abdominal obesity.
