银杏叶提取物联合巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of combined treatment with ginkgo biloba extract and batroxobin for sudden sensorineural hearing loss

目的 观察银杏叶提取物联合巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法 选取2019年7月—2021年12月福建医科大学附属厦门弘爱医院收治的突发性耳聋患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为中成药联合组和西药组,各45例。西药组予巴曲酶注射液治疗,中成药联合组在西药组基础上加用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗,2组均治疗10 d。比较2组治疗效果,凝血功能[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、D-二聚体(D-D)、血小板因子(PF)],1 kHz、2 kHz、4 kHz听力阈值及不良反应。结果 中成药联合组患者治疗总有效率为91.11%,高于西药组的73.33%(χ^(2)=4.865,P=0.027)。治疗10 d后,2组PT、APTT及D-D水平均较治疗前延长或升高,Fib、PF水平与1 kHz、2 kHz、4 kHz听力阈值下降,且中成药联合组变化程度大于西药组(P均<0.01)。中成药联合组与西药组不良反应总发生率(15.56%vs. 13.33%)比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.090,P=0.764)。结论 银杏叶提取物联合巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果显著,患者凝血功能、听力阈值均有明显改善,且未增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined treatment with ginkgo biloba extract and batroxobin for sudden sensorineural hearing loss.Methods Ninety cases of sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients admitted to Xiamen Humanity Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from July 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into chinese patent medicine combined group and western medicine group,with 45 cases in each group.Western medicine group received Batroxobin Injection,while chinese patent medicine combined group received additional treatment with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection on the basis of western medicine group.Both groups were treated for 10 days.The therapeutic effects,coagulation function(PT,APTT,Fib,D-D,PF),auditory thresholds at 1 kHz,2 kHz,and 4 kHz,as well as adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in chinese patent medicine combined group was 91.11%,which was higher than 73.33%of western medicine group(χ^(2)=4.865,P=0.027).After 10 days of treatment,both groups showed prolonged or increased levels of PT,APTT,and D-D,levels of Fib,PF,and auditory thresholds at 1 kHz,2 kHz,and 4 kHz all decreased.The magnitude of these changes were greater in chinese patent medicine combined group compared to western medicine group(all P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between chinese patent medicine combined group and western medicine group(15.56%vs.13.33%,χ^(2)=0.090,P=0.764).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combined treatment with ginkgo biloba extract and batroxobin for sudden sensorineural hearing loss is affirmed.Patients show evident improvements in coagulation function and auditory thresholds,without an increased risk of adverse reactions.
