局部针刺运动对颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Local Acupuncture on Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Syn⁃drome and the Influence of Inflammatory Factors

目的 探讨局部针刺运动对颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的临床疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法 选取2022年1—12月郴州市第一人民医院康复科的60例颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组采用局部针刺运动治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。分别在治疗前、治疗后5 d、10 d对比两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale, VAS)评分、颞下颌关节功能Friction评价、疗效总有效率等指标。结果 治疗10 d后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Friction功能评价分值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.307,P>0.05)。结论 局部针刺运动疗法治疗的改善程度优于常规针刺疗效。其局部针刺运动操作更为简便安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of local acupuncture on temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome and the level of inflammatory factors.Methods 60 patients with temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome from the rehabilitation department of Chenzhou First People's Hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with local acupuncture ex-ercise,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Friction function evaluation,comprehensive efficacy and other indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and 5 days and 10 days after treatment,respectively.Results After 10 days of treatment,the pain score of the observa-tion group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evalu-ation scores of Friction function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,which was 90.00%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=2.307,P>0.05).Conclusion The improvement of local acupuncture exercise therapy was better than that of conventional acupuncture.The local acupuncture operation is more simple,safe and effective.
