小儿腺样体扁桃体切除术中瑞芬太尼临床麻醉的效果分析

Clinical Anesthetic Effect of Remifentanil during Adenoid Tonsillectomy in Children

目的 研究瑞芬太尼应用在小儿腺样体扁桃体切除术中的麻醉效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年7月广东省第二中医院收治的80例腺样体扁桃体切除术患儿为研究对象,基于麻醉方式分为有丙泊酚麻醉干预的普通麻醉组和瑞芬太尼麻醉干预的特殊麻醉组,每组40例。对比两组患儿麻醉效果,评估最佳麻醉方式。结果 特殊麻醉组患儿手术过程睫毛反射消失平均时间(52.03±10.94)s、疼痛反应缓解所需时间(130.71±22.45)s、术后正常呼吸所需时间(7.01±0.53)min、术后睁眼平均时间(7.96±0.43)min、术后意识恢复所需时间(12.40±1.22)min,均优于普通麻醉组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.623、8.524、7.526、8.552、8.634,P<0.05);插管前后,两组患儿的体征指标之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 将瑞芬太尼药物应用在小儿腺样体扁桃体切除术麻醉中,可以更好地促进患儿改善不良症状、体现麻醉安全性。

Objective To study the anesthetic effect of remifentanil in adenoid tonsillectomy in children.Methods A total of 80 children with adenoid tonsillectomy treated in the Second Middle School Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.Based on the anesthesia method,they were divided into general anesthesia group with propofol anesthesia intervention and special anesthesia group with remifentanil an-esthesia intervention,with 40 cases in each group.The anesthesia effect of the two groups was compared and the best anesthesia method was evaluated.Results In the special anesthesia group,the average time for eyelash reflex to disap-pear during surgery was(52.03±10.94)s,the time for pain response to relieve was(130.71±22.45)s,the time for nor-mal breathing after surgery was(7.01±0.53)min,the average time for eyes to open after surgery was(7.96±0.43)min,and the time for consciousness to recover after surgery(12.40±1.22)min was better than that in general anesthesia group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.623,8.524,7.526,8.552,8.634,P<0.05).Before and after intu-bation,there was no significant difference in the physical signs between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The ap-plication of remifentanil in the anesthesia of adenoid tonsillectomy in children can better promote the improvement of adverse symptoms and reflect the safety of anesthesia.
