吲哚布芬联合替格瑞洛在老年冠心病患者PCI术后的应用效果

Application Effect of Indobufen Combined with Ticagrelor in Elderly Coronary Artery Disease Patients after PCI

目的 探讨吲哚布芬联合替格瑞洛在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)经皮冠状动脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)后的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月南京市六合区人民医院收治的62例PCI治疗老年冠心病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为两组,对照组(n=30)术后联用阿司匹林与替格瑞洛,观察组(n=32)术后联用吲哚布芬联合替格瑞洛,比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率(96.88%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.972,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数均升高,且观察组更高,B型钠尿肽、左室舒张末期内径均降低,且观察组水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年冠心病患者PCI术后予吲哚布芬联合替格瑞洛治疗疗效确切,能改善冠脉血流灌注及心功能,用药安全性高。

Objective To investigate the application effect of indobufen combined with ticagrelor after PCI in elderly patients with coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease).Methods 62 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated with PCI at Liuhe District People's Hospital in Nanjing from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan.The control group(n=30)received postoperative combination of aspirin and ticagrelor,while the observation group(n=32)received postoperative combination of indobufen and ticagrelor.The treatment effects of the two groups were com-pared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.972,P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had an increase in left ven-tricular ejection fraction,and the observation group had a higher score.B-type natriuretic peptide and left ventricular end diastolic diameter decreased,and the observation group had a lower level,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of indobufen combined with ticagrelor in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is accurate,can improve coronary perfusion and cardiac function,and the safety of the drug is high.
